About

AnkorCard, the loyalty card for local businesses

We make a loyalty card that lives in customers' phones, and the tools that let a business keep it going without spending its evenings on it.

What we do

What AnkorCard is

AnkorCard, shown as “Ankor” in the app, is a digital loyalty card platform. A business creates its card in its own colours there; its customers add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from a QR code, with no app to download; the team credits points from a web scanner, and the merchant follows their customers and writes to them from their account.

The details of each tool are on the features page, and how it all works on the digital loyalty card page.

Why

The problem we wanted to solve

The paper stamp card is the most widespread loyalty programme among independent shops. It is simple, and it has three flaws every shopkeeper knows: it stays at home, it tells you nothing about the people who fill it in, and it gives you no way to get back in touch with a customer who no longer comes.

Loyalty apps fix the second and third flaws, but create another: the customer has to install them, which few people do for a neighbourhood shop. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, on the other hand, are already in the phones. AnkorCard starts from there.

Who it is for

Who AnkorCard is for

Businesses whose customers come back: restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hair salons, beauty salons, shops, wine shops and delicatessens. Independents first, and small chains up to three locations; beyond that, the offer is built to measure.

Where

Where we operate

AnkorCard is designed in France, for French businesses: the management area, the cards and support are in French, and prices are in euros. A card issued here installs on any compatible phone, wherever the customer is. Data is hosted in the European Union.

How we work

What we hold ourselves to

  • Published, fixed prices, with no commission on your sales.
  • An FAQ that also says what the product does not do.
  • A service status page anyone can check.
  • Your customers' data is never sold.

Contact

Reaching us

The simplest way is the contact form, which comes straight to us. Mention the name of your business: it lets us look at your account before replying. For a question about personal data, write to rgpd@ankorcard.com.

The legal information about the site's publisher is in the legal notice (in French).
