Statistics
Know whether your programme is working
A cardboard stamp card tells you nothing about your customers. Each scanned visit, on the other hand, leaves a trace: who came, how often, for what amount, and how long since they last came back.
Dashboard
Your programme's figures
Your account's dashboard shows activity over the period of your choice: the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 12 months. New customers are compared with the previous period, so you see right away if sign-ups are slowing down.
Revenue and average basket are based on the amounts your team enters at the scanner: they are not your till's figures, they are those of your loyal customers.
| Indicator | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Active customers | Customers who came during the period |
| New customers | Sign-ups, compared with the previous period |
| Visits | Visits credited |
| Points given | Points or stamps credited |
| Points in circulation | The current balance of all cards |
| Rewards | Rewards used |
| Revenue, average basket | Amounts entered at the scanner |
Customers
The best customers, and those who no longer come back
The best customers list ranks your regulars by balance, then by number of visits. It is the list of people to recognise at the counter, even when you are not the one serving.
At the other end, a filter on the date of last visit brings up the customers who no longer come. A customer absent for two months is not lost yet: it is the group for which a targeted campaign pays off the most.
Customer profile
Each customer's history
- Their visits and the date of their last visit.
- Points credited, operation by operation.
- Rewards claimed.
- Their current vouchers.
- Their level, if you use customer levels.
- Balance corrections, which are added without erasing the original operation.
The history is never rewritten: a mistake is corrected with one more operation. That is what lets you settle a disagreement at the counter.
Good to know
What the statistics do not do
- No file export from your account: lists and profiles are viewed on screen.
- No link with your till software: only amounts entered at the scanner are counted.
- Advanced statistics are included in the Pro plan: visit frequency, return rate, footfall by day and by hour, regulars drifting away, effect of campaigns.
Questions about statistics
What statistics do I have?
Enough to know whether the programme works, which is the only question that matters.
- The number of customers signed up, and how it changes over time.
- Visits over the period, and the points given.
- Rewards claimed.
- Revenue recorded at the scanner.
- Your best customers, and those who no longer come.
- With the Pro plan, in addition: how often your customers visit, their return rate after a first visit, footfall by day and hour, regulars who are drifting away and the effect of your campaigns.
Can I see a customer's history?
Yes. Each customer profile shows their visits, the points credited, rewards claimed, their vouchers and the date of their last visit. It is what lets you recognise a regular even when you are not the one at the counter.
Can I spot customers who no longer come?
Yes, by filtering on the date of last visit. It is the most profitable segment to work on: a customer who has not been back for two months is not lost yet, and a message with a concrete reason to drop by is often enough.
Can I export my data?
Not on your own: the management area displays the list of your customers and their profiles on screen, but no button downloads them as a file. Your data remains yours nonetheless, including the day you decide to stop. If you need a file, write to us saying what you plan to do with it.
