A loyalty card set up for your trade

The card is the same for everyone. What changes from one business to another is the rhythm of visits, the size of the basket and the reward that makes people want to come back.

Rhythm of visits

The rule follows how often your customers come

A stamp card rewards coming back; points per euro reward the amount spent. The table below sums up the trend for each trade. These are pointers to get started, not rules: you set your own tiers, and you can change them after launch.

Rhythm of visits and loyalty rule often suited, by sector
SectorUsual rhythm of visitsRule often suited
RestaurantEvery week at lunchtime, less often in the eveningStamps for lunch, points per euro if bills vary
Coffee shopEvery day, sometimes twiceStamps, reward reached in two weeks
BakeryEvery day, small basketsStamps, the shortest possible gesture at the till
Hair salonEvery few weeksStamps with a low tier, over several months
Beauty salonRegular, with very different amountsPoints per euro and customer levels
Retail shopIrregular, variable basketsPoints per euro or cashback
Wine shop and delicatessenLess frequent, high basketsPoints per euro, messages about new arrivals

To choose between the two rules, the guide points or stamps details the advantages of each.

And other trades?

Your business is not on the list

Florist, barber, pizzeria, bar, corner shop, dry cleaner: the card works for any business whose customers come back. If you have already considered a stamp card, a digital card does the same thing, with the added possibility of writing to your customers.
