Building loyalty with clients who come back every few weeks
A salon client does not come by every day. The card has to last several months, stay in their phone between two haircuts, and remind them of you at the right moment.

The trade
Loyalty that plays out over the year
Several weeks go by between two appointments. That is long for a cardboard card, which has time to get lost, and long for the client, who has time to try the salon that opened downstairs.
What keeps a salon client is the relationship with the person who does their hair, and the feeling that this loyalty is noticed. The digital card does not replace the relationship; it makes it visible, and gives you a way to get back in touch before the client leaves.
The rule
Fewer stamps, stronger rewards
Ten stamps at one haircut every six weeks means more than a year before the first reward: too far away to motivate. A tier at five or six visits stays within reach, and the reward can be more generous since it comes less often.
If you also sell products (shampoos, treatments, accessories), points per euro reward those purchases, which the stamp card ignores. In both cases, points do not expire: a client gone for three months finds their balance again.
Example
A salon stamp card
- 1 visit
- 1 stamp
- 6 stamps
- A free deep-conditioning treatment
Example settings. You set the tiers and rewards yourself.
Example
Points, if products matter
- €1 spent
- 1 point
- 300 points
- €10 off the service
Example settings. You set the tiers and rewards yourself.
Birthday
The birthday offer, sent without a thought
A hairstyle for a party, a new look for a new year: a birthday is a natural reason to come to the salon. The automatic message goes out a few days before the date, and you can attach a real voucher in the client's name, with an expiry date.
It only concerns clients who gave their date of birth when signing up: keep that field active in your form. The voucher appears on the back of the card, and is confirmed from the scanner on the day of the appointment.

Spot the client who has not come back
In a salon, you know roughly when a regular should come back. When they do not, it is often a sign they are trying somewhere else. The filter on the date of last visit brings up these clients, and with the Pro plan, a campaign can be addressed to them alone.
- A "not seen for 90 days" segment, to adjust to your clients' rhythm.
- A short message, with a reason to book again.
- A voucher in the client's name, if you want to make a gesture.
The team
Each stylist credits from their own account
The scanner opens on the reception tablet or on each person's phone. With one account per stylist, the history shows who credited what, which avoids misunderstandings about a balance. AnkorCard does not handle bookings: it works alongside your diary, whatever it is.

Do my customers' points expire?
No. A points balance stays earned as long as you do not change it yourself. Vouchers, on the other hand, can carry an expiry date that you choose when you issue them.
How does the birthday message work?
It goes out a few days before the date, and you choose how many. It only concerns customers who entered their date of birth when signing up, which means leaving that field active. You can attach a real personal voucher rather than a simple note.
Can I spot customers who no longer come?
Yes, by filtering on the date of last visit. It is the most profitable segment to work on: a customer who has not been back for two months is not lost yet, and a message with a concrete reason to drop by is often enough.
Can I create customer statuses or levels?
Yes. You define a scale, for example Bronze from 50 points and Gold from 200, and each customer is given the level they have reached. These levels help you spot your best customers in your account and target a message at them alone.
