Several locations
One card, one balance, several addresses
Your customers collect points in one shop and use them in another. The Pro plan covers up to three locations, run from a single account.

The idea
A single programme for all your shops
Declare the shops
In the Shops tab: the name, address and opening hours of each one. The address is recognised when saved.
One card for all
Cards already installed update with the list of shops, shown on the back with the opening hours.
A shared balance
The customer is credited wherever they go, and claims their reward in the shop of their choice.
Day to day
What your shops share
- The card, its look and the programme rules.
- Each customer's balance and history.
- Staff accounts: a staff member who moves to another shop keeps their scanner access.
- The customer list and campaigns: a message goes to all of the business's customers, or to a segment.
Shop by shop
Figures for each address
- One sign-up QR code per shop: each new customer is counted in the shop where they created their card.
- Each staff member can be attached to their shop. A manager who moves around chooses on the scanner the shop they are in.
- The Analytics tab breaks down, for the chosen period, the visits, the customers who came, the revenue, the new members, the points and the rewards of each shop.
That is generally what customers expect from a brand: one card, not one per address.
Location
The card near each shop
Each address is sent to the card. On iPhone, the card can appear on the lock screen when the customer passes near one of your shops.
Apple limits a card to ten places. With three locations, the limit does not come into play. For a larger network, you choose the ten addresses that bring up the card, and the others stay listed on the back. The full workings are described on the lock-screen notifications page.
Good to know
What multi-shop management does not do today
- All shops share the same card and the same programme.
- A campaign cannot be targeted by shop: it goes to the whole business or to a customer segment.
- Visits recorded before your shops and staff were attached stay counted as "no shop".
Chains and franchises
Beyond three locations
Beyond three locations, or for a brand with many staff and a high volume of sends, the plan is built to measure from your figures: number of locations, number of customers, sending needs.
Write to us from the contact form giving these three elements.
| Locations | Plan |
|---|---|
| 1 | Essentiel or Pro |
| 2 or 3 | Pro |
| More than 3 | Custom, from €25 a month per location |
Questions about several locations
Are points shared across all my locations?
Yes. A customer collects on a single card, whichever shop they visit, and can claim their reward in another one. It is generally what your customers expect from a brand, and it avoids having several cards for the same business.
I have more than ten shops: what happens?
Apple limits to ten the number of places a card can watch. In the Shops tab, you choose the ten addresses that make the card appear nearby. Your other shops remain visible on the back of the card.
I run a network or a franchise: how do I go about it?
Beyond three locations, or if you need management by brand, it is handled with a custom plan. Write to us with your number of locations, your customer volume and your messaging needs: we build a proposal from there.
All the answers are in the frequently asked questions about the digital loyalty card.
