Baskets that vary a lot
One stamp per visit would reward the customer who buys a postcard the same as the one who renews their wardrobe. In a shop, loyalty is measured in euros spent, not in visits.
Points per euro or cashback
Points per euro turn into rewards you choose: a product, a discount, a perk. Cashback pays a percentage of each purchase back into a kitty in euros, deducted at the till on a later purchase. Cashback is quicker to understand; points leave more freedom over the rewards.
Well-spaced tiers
A first tier reachable in two or three purchases, a second one further away and more generous. The first builds the habit, the second keeps the best customers. On the card, the customer sees what they still need for the next tier.
Several shops, a single card
With several points of sale, the customer keeps a single card and a shared balance: they collect in one shop and use their reward in another. Each shop has its own sign-up QR code, and the statistics tell the shops apart.
The campaigns that bring people back
- The arrival of a collection or a long-awaited delivery.
- The sales, one day before everyone else for the best customers (segment, Pro plan).
- A birthday voucher, in the customer's name and dated.
- A message to customers who have not come back for a long time (Pro plan).
On iPhone, messages show on the lock screen with your logo. See the card's notifications.
Signing up at the till
The sign-up QR code goes next to the card terminal. Signing up takes about thirty seconds, and the first purchase can be credited right away: the customer leaves with points already on their card.
